Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide answers and proactive solutions to customer enquiries and recommend suitable financial products and banking services.
  • •Deliver industry-leading professional customer service.
  • •Identify potential customer banking needs and refer customers to appropriate branch staff for banking solutions.
  • •Assist the line manager to provide an efficient, customer-focused sales and service environment in branch.
  • •Work across multiple branch locations in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories on a rotating shift schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary school graduate with a pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE or HKDSE, including Math and Chinese or English (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to work rotating shifts covering weekends and public holidays with a five-day working week.
  • •Good interpersonal and communication skills, highly driven with a desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • •Fluency in Cantonese and English, and ideally Putonghua.
  • •Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses, and compliance with related CPD requirements (insurance licensed is preferred).
