Partner with business leaders to deliver a positive, high-performing employee experience as a trusted HR advisor. Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders, managers, and employees on people topics, policies, and processes.
•Coach and support leaders on performance, engagement, talent, development, and employee relations decisions.
•Support implementation of the People Strategy within your area of responsibility.
•Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including organizational design and change management.
•Use people data, insights, and analytics to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Strong HR generalist expertise across employee relations, organizational design, change management, talent management, and performance management.
•Good understanding of workforce planning, people analytics, and HR best practices.
•Ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions.
•Experience coaching and influencing leaders in a fast-paced environment.
•Fluent English; German language skills are highly preferred.
