Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, implement, and enhance the Corporate Process Governance & Management Framework, aligning with the Allianz Target Operating Model and governing the Global Process Blueprint for harmonization across business and technology functions.
  • •Lead and inspire the Corporate Process Governance team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures, while fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • •Set standards, methodologies, and policies for process design, modeling, and implementation, driving Continuous Process Improvement initiatives across Allianz Technology.
  • •Ensure compliance and control mechanisms are embedded in process execution, monitoring, and optimization, leading the design and rollout of the new Standard for Process Implementation.
  • •Guide and assess branches in adopting and implementing global process standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as DORA.
