Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Line of Business, Financial Planning, Corporate Development, Policy, and other accounting teams to support enterprise initiatives, projects, and acquisitions.
  • •Inspire and lead a team responsible for accurate accounting, financial reporting, and insightful analytics.
  • •Develop technical accounting expertise and advise internal partners on how accounting treatment impacts financial reporting.
  • •Review and maintain documentation supporting SEC and regulatory filings, disclosures, and SOX/regulatory compliance requirements.
  • •Support external audit coordination and internal audit reviews while managing process risk and standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a combination.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in people management.
  • •Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience in people management and 5+ years with financial institutions (preferred).
