Support the end-to-end corporate underwriting workflow by processing Corporate Maintenance requests within service level agreements. Prepare, maintain, and validate financial documentation and case information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness. Create and update customer cases across multiple systems, review submissions for compliance, and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation questions. Help improve operational processes while handling a mid-shift schedule aligned to global markets and time zones.
