Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams, including forecasting and product planning aligned to manufacturing schedules.
  • •Analyze customer needs, market trends, and ROI opportunities; assess competitors and pursue differentiation.
  • •Develop and maintain product roadmaps and product life-cycle plans (stock, custom, sunset), including lead times and sunsetting strategy.
  • •Own core product positioning and messaging; set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals and develop sales tools/collateral.
  • •Collaborate across engineering, production, marketing, and sales to execute research, QA, and product launch; lead demos and training for sales events and field activities.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in a related field preferred (MS/MA/MBA a plus).

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and public speaking.
  • •Technical background with experience in wood materials and strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.
