Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and Senior Director roles across business functions.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies for key leadership roles including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, DIG, Operations, and Finance.
  • •Partner with founders, board members, and existing executives to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • •Leverage and expand candidate networks within cloud computing, data center, and AI industries.
  • •Manage complex interview processes with multiple senior stakeholders and rigorous assessment methods.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of executive search experience, including at least 4 years focused on technology companies.
  • •Proven track record placing C-suite and VP-level executives at high-growth technology or infrastructure companies.
  • •Deep understanding of tech markets including data centers, GPUs, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or related hardware/software technologies.
  • •Extensive existing network of relationships with executive talent in relevant technology and infrastructure industries.
  • •Experience working with venture-backed or private equity-backed startups and understanding high-growth startup dynamics.
