Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage preparation, review, and filing of property tax returns and related documentation for regulated utility assets.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate property tax payments, including reconciliation of bills and assessments.
  • •Monitor changes in property tax laws, regulations, and rate cases; communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate property tax audits, appeals, and negotiations with taxing authorities; support filings and rate cases with data, analysis, and expert testimony.
