Key Responsibilities

  • •Support junior and senior team members with new business ideas, pitch strategies, and transaction structuring scenarios.
  • •Prepare client pitch books and transaction deliverables, including comparable analyses, financial models, offering memoranda, lender presentations, and syndication opinions.
  • •Assist in executing transactions from early client discussions through execution and closing, including deal closing checklists.
  • •Participate in meetings with current and prospective clients.
  • •Create and maintain accurate quarterly reports for management and support business development efforts.
