Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop safe, feasible maintenance plans for heavy mobile equipment to maximize availability, reliability, and maintenance productivity.
  • •Prepare complete intervention dossiers for preventive and corrective maintenance, including procedures, labor, tools, parts, and safety requirements.
  • •Analyze and prioritize maintenance needs using maintenance strategies, inspections, failure reports, and equipment monitoring data while accounting for risks and operational requirements.
  • •Ensure workable scheduling and quality by managing the maintenance backlog and guaranteeing work order quality in the CMMS (GMAO).
  • •Coordinate resources and equipment availability by identifying staffing, tooling, equipment, subcontractors, and confirming parts and components are available before execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Maintenance, plus a recognized certification in maintenance planning, project management, lifting, or maintenance management systems.
  • •At least 5 years of experience planning and scheduling maintenance in mining, industrial, or manufacturing sectors, including major shutdowns and equipment maintenance work.
  • •Solid knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance principles.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with attention to detail and results orientation.
  • •Fluent communication in French and English.
