Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform laboratory experiments and conduct data analysis to interpret results and generate new concepts.
  • •Develop texture-forward food solutions for the foodservice market using culinary skills in a laboratory setting.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Applications, and Technical Services to scope project work and align concepts to customer needs.
  • •Coordinate, summarize, and report experimental data to make recommendations for technical solutions.
  • •Present project findings to Foodservice and Culinology leadership and support creation of the 2027 Texture and Trend Report.

  • •Progress toward a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) in food science, culinary nutrition, culinary science, or related field with laboratory and culinary experience.

  • •Ability to work safely in a laboratory and culinary environment.
  • •Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written technical communication skills for presenting and interpreting data.
