Oversee channel partner lead handling, review calls and demos against scorecards, and maintain a compliant, accurate sales knowledge base powered by an AI sales chat assistant.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the inbound follow-up team, including 1:1 coaching, hiring, and onboarding/ramp-up.
•Design, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences across email and chat, using reply and conversion metrics as scorecards.
•Build and run no-show recovery and reactivation campaigns for cancellations, missed demos, aged, and closed-lost opportunities.
•Oversee channel partner lead handling by setting ownership, follow-up, and reporting standards and tracking partner performance.
•Review recorded calls and demos using a sales scorecard, run calibration sessions, coach Account Executives, and maintain the sales knowledge base and AI chat-assistant content.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 110,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role.
•At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team.
•Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance.
•Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion.
•Strong CRM discipline and experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, plus the ability to use data to diagnose funnel issues and manage performance.
