Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize supply to demand request and improve performance across the FE probe network while meeting output commitments on time.
  • •Develop and standardize network probe metrics for die mix attainment and operations efficiency, including BIC benchmarking and BKM deployment.
  • •Establish and standardize probe card and tester business processes to drive capacity optimization and cross-site/cross-platform fungibility.
  • •Drive probe flex alignment with Global Supply Chain and Central Probe Planning to meet die mix variability, including die mix optimization and vendor capacity/allocation audits.
  • •Audit and improve process efficiency, incorporate automation into metric updates, and synchronize die mix, probe long-term/short-term planning, and IE planning with operations via a PDCA feedback loop.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial System Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • •3-5 years of experience in Probe Planning/Probe Manufacturing/Inventory Control/Production Planning/Line Management.
  • •Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau to analyze and provide metrics visibility.
  • •Ability to analyze line performance, guide line direction using line and inventory management concepts, and meet business plan objectives.
  • •Ability to make decisions, multitask, troubleshoot problems, address root causes, and build consensus across cross-functional groups.
