Job Summary

Senior Civil Engineer in our Transport team will lead civil and transport engineering across the full project lifecycle, applying strong technical capability and client focus. You’ll design road, drainage and related infrastructure, mentor graduates, manage multiple projects, and help win proposals while collaborating across disciplines and advancing digital engineering and BIM-enabled delivery at a global firm.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver civil and transport engineering solutions, including road, drainage and related infrastructure
•Preparing technical reports and reviewing project outputs in line with the delegation of authority
•Managing the scope, quality, risk and delivery of multiple projects of varying size and complexity
•Contributing to – and leading – winning proposals
•Building trusted client relationships and proactively identifying new business opportunities

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
•Typically 5+ years’ experience in civil / transport engineering
•Experience delivering small to medium projects
•Exposure to managing or supervising graduates and junior engineers
•Strong knowledge of relevant standards, legislation and design guidelines
