AI Transformation Intern – Global Customer Engineering, Service Sales (Fall 2026)

Build AI-driven prototypes for Cloudflare’s Global Customer Services team, turning manual workflows into automated solutions using LLMs, RAG, and predictive modeling. Integrate AI capabilities via APIs to deliver real-time outcomes, and help prepare high-volume post-sales data for model training and fine-tuning. Refine prompts and model parameters for accurate, low-hallucination internal tools while translating optimization ideas into MVPs and supporting documentation and customer insight capture.
