Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, move vehicles to the stall area, and perform work as specified.
  • •Diagnose malfunctions, make repairs, and examine vehicles for additional safety or service needs.
  • •Coordinate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and tag/save parts for warranty work when required.
  • •Communicate with the service advisor about additional required work and any inability to complete repairs within promised time.
