Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote fair and transparent people practices, ensure attendance protocol compliance, and support employees with their queries.
  • •Administer HR services including onboarding, offboarding, leave approvals, ticketing, medical insurance, reimbursements, and personal information updates.
  • •Prepare and maintain employee files and lifecycle documents, and keep up to date with policy changes.
  • •Support employee engagement and morale initiatives, including resolving grievances and providing guidance to employees and management.
  • •Ensure departmental compliance with HSE and QM policies and support HSE initiatives, including safety awareness and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and guide employees and managers.
  • •Analytical skills to assess employee feedback, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • •Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation to resolve employee grievances fairly.
  • •SAP ERP functional skills and HR ERP knowledge (ERP knowledge preferably SAP).
