Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive a holistic full-stack engineering strategy for the Adobe Intelligence Platform.
  • •Integrate platform components into web, desktop, and mobile surfaces while partnering with global teams.
  • •Own technology strategy and roadmaps for agentic orchestration, model gateway infrastructure, knowledge graph services, memory systems, AI registries, agentic harnesses, and skill catalogs.
  • •Grow and lead the engineering organization, including hiring, structuring teams, and developing next-generation AI leaders.
  • •Align cross-functionally across Research, Design, Program/Product, and Security/Privacy/Legal to shape applied AI and ensure observability, security, and governance controls.

Salary: USD 209,300 - 429,350 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of engineering experience, including leading engineering organizations through ambiguity and change.
  • •Direct experience building platform/infrastructure layers other engineering teams depend on.
  • •Working fluency in AI/ML systems, including evals, context management, and model gateways.
  • •Technical depth with agentic frameworks and the operational patterns to manage them at scale.
  • •Track record building or substantially reshaping an engineering org, including hiring, structuring teams, and developing leaders.
