Key Responsibilities

  • •Run end-to-end expense audit, ensuring a SOX-ready control environment including documentation, testing support, and sign-off readiness.
  • •Enforce a single global, regionally compliant T&E policy (including EOR employees) and reduce policy non-compliance and audit exposure.
  • •Centrally administer and optimize the ClickHouse expense tool, corporate card program, and integrations across HRIS and ERP systems.
  • •Improve reimbursement cycle time and reduce employee time per claim through automation, SLAs, better tooling, clearer policy, and self-service support.
  • •Build spend dashboards and executive reporting, deliver role-based training and change management, and partner with Accounting to complete remaining T&E handoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in travel & expense, accounts payable, or finance operations, ideally in a high-growth cloud software company with a distributed, multi-entity workforce.
  • •Hands-on ownership of Expensify, Ramp (or comparable card/expense platform), and NetSuite integrations, with root-cause troubleshooting.
  • •Working knowledge of SOX controls and expense/card audit readiness; experience with automated fraud detection is a plus.
  • •Comfort designing global T&E policy for multi-entity, multi-employment-type workforces (FTE and EOR, incl. platforms like Deel) and translating policy into system configuration.
  • •Experience building reporting/KPI visibility from scratch and running training/change management for process/tool rollouts (ADKAR or similar a plus).
