Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage the Chicago studio: greet creators, run day-to-day logistics, handle basic technical troubleshooting, and coordinate vendors/building management
  • •Build authentic creator relationships by learning about their work, challenges, and goals during studio visits
  • •Use Customer.io to drive studio awareness and utilization, including sending campaigns to defined customer lists
  • •Identify creators who may benefit from Creator Pro or deeper partnerships and route qualified leads to the Sales team
  • •Capture photo and video content at the studio and represent Kit Studios Chicago in the creator community (comfortable appearing on camera)
