Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day fund accounting and reporting, including NAV oversight, capital activity, fee and promote calculations, and quarterly close deliverables.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external auditors, including audit execution and SOX control oversight.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare and review recurring SEC filings such as 10-Q and 10-K.
  • •Monitor and manage fund liquidity, supporting subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and treasury operations aligned to the fund’s distribution policy.
  • •Prepare and review accounting policy memoranda for new transactions and evolving accounting standards, and lead/mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
