Perpetual Finance - BXINFRA - Assistant Vice President

Lead financial management and reporting for a self-administered, open-ended private infrastructure fund, owning day-to-day fund accounting, NAV oversight, capital activity, and quarterly close deliverables. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, oversee SOX controls, and support preparation/review of SEC filings including 10-Q and 10-K. Monitor liquidity, manage investor subscription/redemption and distribution processes, and mentor junior team members while driving process improvements.
