Safety Trainer

The Safety/Training Coordinator leads safety and training efforts within Deckers Distribution Facilities, partnering with leadership to implement OSHA programs, conduct on-the-floor coaching, and deliver PIT operator training. This role ensures regulatory compliance, conducts safety inspections and investigations, and supports the rollout of safety and training initiatives across the facility.
