•Orient new employees to Apparel Store Operations
•Ensure highest levels of customer service and empower staff with skills to maximize sales
•Represent the brand by maximizing store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience

Key Requirements

•Must have experience overseeing recruitment, hiring and training across multiple stores
•Strong focus on customer service and sales performance
•Ability to implement Visual Merchandising guidelines and SOPs
•Proven ability to recruit, train and coach store staff
•Experience managing store operations and performance metrics (units per transaction, conversion, sales per square foot)
