Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and evolve the Minor Hotels Australasia PMO, establishing enterprise-wide project governance, delivery standards and portfolio disciplines.
  • •Own the strategic project portfolio—ensuring initiatives are prioritised, aligned to business strategy and appropriately resourced.
  • •Lead delivery of strategic projects, transformation programs and enterprise initiatives from initiation through to implementation.
  • •Establish consistent project management frameworks, methodologies, tools and reporting standards across the organisation.
  • •Drive executive reporting and decision support on portfolio performance, delivery risks and strategic priorities, chairing governance forums as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience leading a PMO, strategic delivery, transformation and/or enterprise project portfolio function within a complex organisation.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale projects, programs and cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through to implementation.
  • •Demonstrated ability establishing project governance frameworks, methodologies, reporting standards and portfolio management disciplines.
  • •Strong understanding of business transformation, operational improvement, change management and benefits realisation.
  • •Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Transformation, Commerce or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
