Job Summary

Lead and coordinate software offshoring and product/outsourcing projects for Japanese clients from Vietnam. Serve as a communication bridge between clients and the development team, managing requirement analysis, scope, plans, resources, and change control to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and within scope. Track performance, report and escalate issues, manage stakeholder/client relationships, conduct risk management, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the communication bridge between Japanese clients and the Vietnam development team to ensure smooth project execution from requirements to delivery.
•Participate in product and outsourcing projects across logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce for Japanese clients.
•Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
•Develop project scopes, objectives, detailed plans, and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
•Manage client and stakeholder relationships, perform risk management, measure project performance, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies.
•Excellent Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or higher).
•Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
•Solid experience in IT project coordination or software development, including working with Japanese clients.
•Ability to manage project scope, timeline, and client communications, including translating business needs into technical specifications.
