Key Responsibilities

•Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and digital-native SME accounts, owning and executing go-to-market strategy to build a pipeline from zero and hit revenue targets.
•Lead complex, high-value sales cycles independently, from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
•Architect tailored solutions leveraging ByteDance AI/ML, recommendation engines, video streaming, and cloud infrastructure, translating capabilities into business ROI.
•Develop deep understanding of regional ecommerce, retail, and media market dynamics to identify opportunities, craft value propositions, and serve as market intelligence hub.
•Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and collaborate with marketing on brand awareness through conferences, industry events, and executive roundtables.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with a consistent record of quota overachievement.
•5+ years in direct sales of GenAI solutions, SaaS, or enterprise technology with demonstrated new logo acquisition.
•Deep understanding of regional AI-native/digital-native industries (ecommerce, retail, media/entertainment, gaming, streaming) including key players and pain points.
•Ability to independently close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
