Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic finance partner to CX Product Management, providing financial analysis tied to profitability.
  • •Own forecasting and revenue impact modeling for business plans, product introductions, and product life cycles.
  • •Drive offer economics for Support Services and Professional Services, including subscription and margin modeling.
  • •Support P&L and Balance Sheet impacts by analyzing market dynamics, pricing assumptions, and plan effects.
  • •Establish and recommend improvements to financial policies and reporting processes to enhance outlook accuracy and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of related experience with a BS degree OR 3+ years with an MBA.
  • •Strong financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and budgeting skills with business partnership experience.
  • •High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
