Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively support the Employee Benefits Sales Team to allow Account Executives/Advisors more sales and face-to-face time with clients and referral sources.
  • •Respond to sales needs of the Sales Team for specific cases and work with clients across industries, products, and funding methods.
  • •Manage more complex, often self-funded accounts and analyze carrier utilization reports to create cost-reduction strategies.
  • •Create models and presentations showing evidence of cost improvement through wellness programs, employee behavioral changes, and/or contribution adjustments.
  • •Attend client meetings and conduct enrollment meetings, maintaining service standards and follow-up while staying current on federal and state regulations affecting EB programs.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
  • •Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail are required.
  • •Technically savvy with account management system proficiency.
  • •Must obtain PA Life, Accident & Health licensing within 12 months of hire.
  • •A valid driver's license and the ability to travel are required.
