Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all finance aspects of a site in the US, providing explanations of actuals versus budget and driving monthly result reviews.
•Lead controllership by running the internal controls process and ensuring US GAAP compliance.
•Coordinate site finance activities handled by the Shared Service Center (AR, AP, GL, FA) and ensure required controls are in place.
•Prepare month-end and lead annual balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and support improvements to finance results.
•Lead the annual budget cycle and forecast reviews; support sales volume analysis and PVM bridge preparation, including expense and capex control and Power BI adoption.

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience.
•Bachelor of Accounting.
•Proficiency with Power BI.
•Strong Excel skills.
•Knowledge of US GAAP and experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle R12US.
