Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker by completing a 4–8 week onboarding and certification program, rotating through operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessments to build customer profiles, cross-sell retail consumer and small business products, and set appointments using approved marketing tools. Process teller transactions and support the platform staff while referring customers to business partners and meeting production and customer experience goals.

•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities such as presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff while referring customers to assigned business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) as appropriate.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions used to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank through appearance and verbal/written communication.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
