Manager Accountant - Private Homes

Oversee the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance with statutory and company policies. Manage daily accounting (AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations), prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, and develop budgets, forecasts, and internal controls. Lead payroll processing, support audits and tax filings, and provide revenue/cost/profitability analysis while supervising and developing the accounting team.
