Job Summary

Lead day-to-day service operations in a Hammond’s/Lolli & Pops store by driving guest engagement, product knowledge, and KPI performance. Coach and motivate team members, support training and selling skills, and help maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and operational standards. Partner with the Store Manager on paperwork, ordering, and inventory management while ensuring policies and directives are consistently followed. Serve as a keyholder and ambassador inside and outside the store.
