Job Summary

Partner with leadership and the HR Director to design and deliver HR strategies aligned with business objectives. You’ll coach managers, run performance management cycles, support employee relations, and lead onboarding/offboarding and engagement initiatives. The role ensures compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal policies, while using HR data to improve workforce trends, turnover, and organizational development. On-site in Heliopolis, Cairo, with full-time regular hours.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement HR strategies in partnership with leadership and the HR Director.
•Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and create development plans.
•Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback, and formal reviews.
•Handle employee relations matters (grievances, investigations, conflicts) and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Egyptian labor law.
•Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives using survey feedback and HR data to drive workforce improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
•7+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Deep understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
•Strong coaching and consulting skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
•Proven experience in policy/procedure development, employee relations, and performance management.
