Universal Banker I, II, III - Aurora (Main)

Provide front-line banking service and sales by opening, closing, and maintaining customer accounts, handling basic teller transactions, and profiling customers for cross-sell opportunities. Meet sales and service goals through proactive outreach, phone/email follow-ups, and participation in sales campaigns. Maintain operational accuracy and compliance (including required training and record handling). Level 2 emphasizes leading by example; Level 3 manages a book of retail banking clients and coordinates referrals to other business lines.
