Job Summary

Lead and manage the IPE team to support Network and Premier Relationship Managers in delivering wealth KPIs and plans. Drive risk management, control, and compliance standards while overseeing individual and collective team performance. Provide insights to optimize the product suite and sales journey for onshore and offshore customer personas. Coach and develop team members, and use customer insight to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the IPE team to support Network and Premier Relationship Managers delivering wealth KPIs and plans.
•Maintain risk management, control, and compliance standards while managing and driving individual and collective team performance.
•Provide insights and advice to optimize the product suite, sales journey, and business model for onshore and offshore customers.
•Develop people in the team by leading, coaching, and enabling them to maximize performance and realize potential.
•Foster a customer-centric ethos using customer insight to enhance customer experience.

Key Requirements

•University or tertiary education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline.
•Over 5 years of experience in Wealth Insurance Sales management.
•Proven ability to achieve business results with a sound track record.
•Strong coaching skills and business acumen.
•Insurance licenses required; Certified Financial Planner or Certified Financial Marketing Professional accreditation is an advantage.
