Job Summary

Plan and monitor assembly completion to meet shipping dates by managing firing order sequencing, operation lead times, and production order timing. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to determine required manufacturing processes, tools, and staffing. Coordinate weekly production plan performance, adjust schedules for delays, and support department supervisors on assigned project status. Lead a team of planners and ensure compliance with site EHS standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor assembly completion based on firing order and establish operation sequence and lead times to meet shipping dates.
•Analyze production specifications and plant capacity, calculating manufacturing process, tool, and human resource requirements.
•Plan and schedule workflow for departments and operations using established manufacturing lead times.
•Coordinate with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects and expedite operations to address schedule delays.
•Create production orders on time, check available assemblies for the production schedule, and provide weekly planning reports; lead a team of planners while adhering to EHS standards.

Key Requirements

•Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Production Scheduling and Control.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, PELICO preferred).
•Strong written/verbal communication, reasoning, and analytical/interpersonal skills; must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan and must not have disciplinary cases in the past year.
