Key Responsibilities

  • •Select representative samples and test them using approved methods, analyzing and recording results data.
  • •Prepare and analyze raw meal, raw materials, and cement samples using XRF; interpret values and adjust according to targets.
  • •Maintain quality-assurance processes, monitor product compliance, and ensure adherence to best production practices and quality standards.
  • •Monitor laboratory solutions and chemical reagents, perform simple calibration, and report questionable calibration results to the supervisor.
  • •Record defectives, report when defect percentages exceed limits, support the operations team with accurate analysis, and respond to emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or science.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in the cement manufacturing industry.
