Job Summary

Own Americas statutory tax and filings compliance for the US, Brazil, and Mexico at the highest volume in the payroll Taxes & Filings team. Manage quarterly and state payroll tax obligations in the US, event-driven eSocial filings and DARF/FGTS/INSS reporting in Brazil, and SAT CFDI receipt generation plus IMSS/ISR and notice handling in Mexico. Drive pre-payroll validation, three-way reconciliations, audit readiness, legislative monitoring, and automation of zero-people-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Americas Tier 1 statutory filings and remittances: US IRS Form 941, FICA/FUTA, state tax and SUI filings, W-2 and ACA reporting; Brazil eSocial events, INSS/FGTS DARF, IRRF/DIRF, and 13th salary; Mexico SAT CFDI receipt stamping, IMSS SUA and INFONAVIT declarations, ISR/DIOT payments, and ISN filings.
•Maintain internal statutory deadlines ahead of due dates and manage highest penalty-risk jurisdictions (especially Brazil) with timely execution.
•Perform pre-payroll statutory validation across US, Brazil, and Mexico, including eSocial event matching, SUI/state onboarding triggers, CFDI acceptance checks, and correct supplemental withholding and termination payments treatment.
•Complete three-way reconciliations and audit readiness each cycle, including reconciling liabilities/payments/payroll output and collecting/uploading proof of payment and CFDI acceptance status within required timelines.
•Manage notice management and legislative monitoring across federal and state changes, updating statutory playbooks and coordinating with legal counsel when required.

Key Requirements

•5 to 8 years of hands-on Americas payroll statutory compliance experience owning filings and remittances.
•Deep practical knowledge of at least two of: US multi-state payroll tax compliance, Brazil eSocial and statutory filings, or Mexico SAT CFDI/IMSS/ISR obligations.
•Direct experience managing US multi-state payroll tax compliance, including SUI registrations and state income tax withholding table updates.
•Hands-on experience with Brazil eSocial event hierarchy, pre-payroll validation, and correction procedures for rejected events.
•Experience generating and managing SAT CFDI stamped payroll receipts via an authorised PAC provider in Mexico.
