Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical discovery to understand customer objectives and translate requirements into solution approaches that deliver measurable business value.
  • •Act as technical lead throughout the sales lifecycle, qualifying stakeholders and technical needs, supporting proof-of-value and removing barriers to technical win.
  • •Architect integration points for customers’ AI-driven decision engines, designing how ICIS data supports their AI landscape.
  • •Collaborate with customers, implementation partners, and system integrators to optimize consumption of ICIS data across platforms, workflows, and pipelines.
  • •Provide market and product feedback by relaying trends and product gaps to internal Product and Marketing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven customer-facing experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Sales Engineering, comfortable leading technical workshops.
  • •Commercial mindset to articulate business impact and support technical paths to a “closed-won” result.
  • •Practical understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including LLMs, AI Agents, and retrieval-based architectures.
  • •Hands-on experience with SQL and Python; comfortable building demos, proofs of concept, and technical validations.
