Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Assembly, Test, Probe, Product & Quality teams to drive AI transformation in Smart Die Matching and SMBP machine learning prediction initiatives.
  • •Conceptualize, prototype, and productize AI- and big-data-based solutions to improve/revolutionize manufacturing performance and prediction projects.
  • •Lead end-to-end project teams across data scientists, Industry 4.0 analysts, solution architects, and data engineers.
  • •Provide domain insights into available data, identify data gaps, translate requirements into data sources, and define technical solutions with data architects and data engineers.
  • •Develop business proposals with impact validation and ROI, propose and prioritize implementation projects, and mentor users on system interfaces and capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related engineering fields.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing and memory technologies (e.g., NAND/DRAM).
  • •Passion for AI and Smart Manufacturing solutions.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional or technical teams with accountability for delivery and outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical thinking, planning/organization, and stakeholder management skills.
