Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will serve as the GTM technical expert for Sierra’s Agent product, designing and demoing technical solutions, and partnering with Sales, Product and Engineering to drive enterprise adoption. You’ll lead early customer engagements, translate business needs into technical outcomes, and help shape product direction with a customer-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for customer needs and answering technical questions.
•Collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to drive the GTM function and continuously improve Agents.
•Lead and support our customers as a GTM and technical leader in early conversations with future customers.
•Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and product requirements, and communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Develop and present compelling product demos for enterprise prospects, shaping the sales process and helping close deals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 135,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
•Past experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
•Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
•Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
•Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience.
