Job Summary

Support HR project management for onboarding and talent acquisition within an international Group People CoE. Partner with a global project manager on planning and delivery, analyze regional and global data to inform decisions, and maintain project documentation such as plans, progress updates, and meeting minutes. Contribute ideas based on HR best practices, address project challenges with stakeholders across regions, and help drive timely status reporting to senior leadership.

•Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Group HR projects related to onboarding and talent acquisition alongside a global project manager.

•Generate and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
•Stay informed about HR industry best practices and trends to contribute ideas to project strategies.
•Identify and address project-related challenges with the team and find creative solutions.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical mindset to interpret data.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Ability to take initiative, collaborate with a team, and deliver high-quality work; fluent English (spoken and written).
