Production Operator - 3rd shift (Akron, OH, US, 44310)

Operate and monitor plant process equipment to maximize unit reliability, quality production, and safe manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot equipment and processes, execute daily production schedules, and resolve or escalate quality issues. Perform changeovers and minor maintenance, follow standard operating and LOTO procedures, and run standard QC tests while accurately recording data. Stage packaging, handle raw materials, and transport materials with a forklift in a clean, safety-focused work environment.
