Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the regional technology lead for the Americas, ensuring business priorities are reflected in technology planning and delivery.
  • •Build connections between operational and technology teams to ensure regional needs, challenges, and priorities are understood and addressed.
  • •Provide strategic guidance to regional leadership on technology opportunities, risks, and priorities with a focus on business value and operational impact.
  • •Support regional deployment of global technology strategies, standards, and platforms, driving adoption while considering local operational realities.
  • •Lead regional implementation activities (stakeholder engagement, testing, readiness, deployment) and monitor post-implementation outcomes to measure value and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • •Design, develop, test, and implement practical technology solutions, including AI-enabled document management and information governance.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of Responsible AI, automation, digital transformation, and value levers aligned to enterprise priorities and governance requirements.
  • •Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, authentication methods, connectors, and interoperability across enterprise platforms.
  • •Experience leading or coordinating AI, automation, and digital initiatives across PDM, operations, and technology teams.
