Store Manager

Lead end-to-end store operations while driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure retail staff deliver excellent customer service and receive the support needed to maximize sales, including up-to-date product and fashion knowledge. Implement brand and company operating procedures, manage stockrooms to minimize stock loss, oversee visual merchandising, and maintain security vigilance. Supervise staff scheduling and address grievances, and provide regular feedback to Area and Operations Managers.
