Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the process to evaluate and approve deployments for defined Operational Design Domains (ODDs).
  • •Drive the release process for recurring software updates, including gates and QA.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Safety & Systems to verify releases via simulation, closed course, shadow mode, and supervised testing before production rollout.
  • •Schedule and execute fleet software updates to minimize downtime during peak operational hours and maintain reversion protocol readiness.
  • •Define, document, and maintain vehicle-type configurations and lead change management reviews with supporting documentation for regulators/customers.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or equivalent preferred.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience developing and managing safety-critical autonomous deployments.
  • •Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional (XFN) teams to deliver against a unified process vision.
  • •Ability to articulate technical issues and solutions to all levels of the business.
