  • •Define project and program objectives and ensure preliminary planning activities are completed.
  • •Ensure assigned projects and programs are completed meeting requirements for specifications, costs, resources, and timing.
  • •Document all phases of project/program/process development and transfer required information to other functional areas.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies regarding engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
  • •Utilize material and financial resources effectively and coordinate with other staff to maximize productivity.
