Key Requirements

  • •Owned delivery end to end as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager across multiple software engineering teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile).
  • •Experience running projects beyond ceremonies—driving plans forward, closing open ends, and ensuring outcomes land.
  • •Solid understanding of Agile software delivery and SDLC processes, with judgment to adapt practices.
  • •Track record managing cross-team dependencies—mapping early, negotiating sequencing, and holding teams to commitments.
  • •Professional English communication skills; plus experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
