Business Operations Manager/Sr Manager

Lead cross-functional business operations initiatives to unlock growth and help scale the company’s global live-commerce markets. Own key success metrics across buyer/seller funnels, marketing investment, margin dynamics, and pricing recommendations. Build tooling and single-source-of-truth dashboards for tracking progress against ambitious goals, and pressure-test new products by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve critical end-to-end issues.
