Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead U.S. transactional tax support for Infrastructure and Private Equity investments throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • •Perform tax diligence, underwriting, and structuring analyses; identify material tax risks and downstream operational implications.
  • •Develop practical, scalable transaction structures aligned with commercial objectives and the firm’s tax risk parameters.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 6–10 years of transactional tax experience, ideally supporting infrastructure and private equity transactions.
  • •Strong technical expertise in transactional tax, including U.S. corporate, partnership, and international tax regimes, plus cross-border structuring.
